7 Healthy-ish Fresh Juice Cocktails to Drink This New Year

Eating healthy, going to the gym and ditching drinking in the new year are all noble causes, but we’re not going to pretend that we’ll be able to stick to all three of those goals past the first week of January. Instead, we can opt to make healthier choices by skipping indulgent drinks like Piña Coladas and Long Island Iced Teas, and drinking cocktails made with better ingredients like fresh fruit and vegetable juices. Drink these seven healthy(ish) juice cocktails and actually stick to your resolutions.

Few people would pour themselves a glass of straight beet juice to enjoy on its own, but the vibrant red juice is actually insanely healthy, and delicious when balanced with the right ingredients. We can’t get enough of our green juices in cocktails when we’re trying (but not really trying) to detox. This Kale Martini packs just about every juice we can think of in a little coupe: kale, cucumber, celery, lime and lemon.
