6 g Allspice
6 g Clove
6 g cinnamon
4 Star anise pods
4 Peeled Apples
70 g jasmine tea
1 750 ml bottle Four Roses Bourbon

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together in one large jar and let sit for two days.
  • Strain liquid into a two-liter oak barrel and age for three weeks.
