Vodka • Sour
Cosmologic

There’s only one way to make the Cosmopolitan—a tart, fruity mix of vodka, lime juice, orange liqueur and cranberry juice—even more refreshing: Add a popsicle. This take on the classic drink doesn’t get just any ol’ pop plopped in the glass. Instead, this recipe from Monnalisa Bar at Hotel Sorella in Houston, TX, is garnished with a cranberry-orange popsicle flecked with lime juice, which enhances the flavors in the drink as it melts. Bonus: You won’t have to worry about your Cosmo getting warm or watery while you sip it al fresco.
