Made with blue curaçao, white rum, pineapple juice and Berry Blue Jell-O, the vibrantly-hued Jello Shot is as boozy as it is tropical. Easy to concoct—and even easier to enjoy—these wiggly tiki shooters are the perfect addition to your next luau-themed blowout bash. Just don’t take too many or you won’t be able to limbo.
Blue Hawaii Jello Shot
Berry Blue Jell-O
0.5 Cup white rum
0.5 Cup Blue Curaçao
0.5 Cup Boiling Water
0.5 Cup pineapple juice
1 box Berry Blue Jell-O
- Combine the boiling water and the blue Jell-O, and stir until fully dissolved.
- Add the pineapple juice, rum and blue curaçao. Mix thoroughly.
- Place a Maraschino cherry into each plastic shot glass.
- Pour the mixture into plastic shot glasses and refrigerate until set, about 2.5 hours.
