2 Bar Spoons Allspice
1 bar spoon Cloves
6 Star anise pods
16 oz sugar
- Add Cheerwine and spices to a saucepan, and bring to a boil.
- Lower to a simmer until reduced by half, about 20 minutes.
- Add sugar and stir until dissolved to a simple syrup.
