Ingredients

2 oz dry vermouth
.75 oz Bénédictine
3 dashes absinthe

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing glass except the garnish. Add ice and stir.  
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass using a julep strainer, and garnish with an orange twist.
