500 g Cucumber Juice
1 oz Cointreau
7 gelatin sheets

Method

  • Bloom gelatin in cold water.
  • Dissolve gelatin in cucumber juice over a low flame.
  • Combine juice mixture and Cointreau in an iSi and charge twice. Allow 4 minutes to set.
  • Dispense at room temperature.
