Butter Washed Vanilla Bourbon

1 Cup Butter
2 vanilla beans
bourbon

Method

  • Heat the butter and vanilla beans on the stove until the butter starts to bubble and foam.
  • Remove from heat and add the mixture to a 32-oz Mason jar. Top with whiskey.
  • Let cool, seal and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  • Strain infused bourbon through a coffee filter into a bottle. Store in refrigerator when not in use.
