Fireball Jello Shot

If you can only bring two things to a party, they should be Fireball and Jello Shots. The combo is a natural party starter, but there’s one way to up the ante and take everything to the next level: combining the two into one. The recipe is similar to a standard Jello Shot, but it also delivers that fiery cinnamon taste that you know and love. To make it, simply take the base spirit (in this case Fireball), a packet of cherry or orange-flavored Jell-O, and a mix of cold and boiling water. The cherry or orange gelatin is crucial, as it adds another layer of flavor and keeps the shot from being a one-dimensional cinnamon bomb. We feel the orange best compliments the taste of Fireball, but either way, you really can’t go wrong when Fireball and Jell-O are in the mix.

To those who aren’t already Fireball true believers, the first thing you probably hear about the cinnamon whisky liqueur is that it “tastes like heaven, burns like hell.” That alone is reason enough for Red Hot candy and cinnamon spice lovers to try it (and continue drinking it well into adulthood). Adding Jell-O into the mix results in a jiggly treat that’s perfect for easing into any social situation. It’s a Jello Shot that everyone will love, and it’s simple enough to whip up at home when you’re short on time and in need of something that will turn your night up a notch—or three. Best of all, even Fireball haters (and Jello Shot haters) will enjoy your efforts too.
