A tiki twist on a simple rum and soda, the Garibaldi gets a layered, bitter edge from Averna amaro and Regan’s orange bitters. Refreshing and effervescent, it tastes like a pirate’s take on an Aperol Spritz. Like any great seafaring beverage, this cocktail is the perfect thirst quencher on a blazing hot summer day.
