1 oz Amaro
1 oz Gold Rum
.5 oz Falernum
.5 oz Lime Juice
1 dash Orange Bitters
Soda Water, to top
orange twist, for garnish


  • Add all ingredients except the orange twist and soda water to a shaker tin with ice and shake.
  • Using a Hawthorne strainer, strain into a highball glass and fill with fresh ice.
  • Top with soda water and garnish with an orange twist.
