Set your brunch game to stun with the Kimchi Bloody Mary, an Eastern-inspired makeover of the original Bloody Mary cocktail, zinged up with a couple spoonfuls of spicy kimchi, a few dashes of soy sauce, and a powerful punch of wasabi paste. A base of smooth Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka is the stage on which these distinctive ingredients shine. Served in a tall Collins over a heap of cracked ice. 2 spoonfuls Kimchi
2 dashes Soy Sauce
.25 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Bloody Mary mix
Wasabi paste


  • Muddle kimchi, vodka, soy sauce, lemon juice, and wasabi paste (optional) in a shaker.
  • Top with ice, Bloody Mary mix, and roll to combine.
  • Serve in Collins glass with pebbled or cracked ice.
