Sweet, floral and dangerously gulpable, the Lychee Martini arrived on the scene a couple of decades ago and just refuses to leave. And with good reason. Clean and crisp, it’s one of the better fruity Martini iterations to flood the market. Most commonly seen on cocktail menus at Asian fusion spots, the drink’s tropical flavors work beautifully with spicy Asian foods, but it’s also perfectly delicious served solo as an aperitif or digestif.

.5 oz Dry Vermouth
Lychee, for garnish


  • Place the lychee garnish in a coupe and set in the freezer to chill.
  • Shake all liquid ingredients together in a shaker with ice.
  • Strain into the chilled coupe glass over the lychee.
