The spicy, gingery Moscow Mule meets the funky, bittersweet Jungle Bird in this dangerously drinkable cocktail. It might sound like a lot of potentially clashing flavors, but the bracing Campari meets and mellows the zingy ginger beer, while the pineapple juice rounds out the edges and the vodka adds alcoholic heat. 1 oz Campari
.5 oz Fresh lime juice
1 oz pineapple juice
Ginger beer
Pineapple Wedge, for garnish


  • Pour rum, Campari, lime juice and pineapple juice into a shaker with ice and shake.
  • Strain into a highball with fresh ice.
  • Top with ginger beer.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
