Rothman and Winter peach liqueur’s buttery sweet, stone fruit flavors are the perfect foil to Aperol’s bitter, citrus notes. Top it with a dry, crisp prosecco and you’ll get a sun-drenched vacation to Monaco in a glass.
1.5 oz Peach Liqueur
0.5 oz Aperol
Orange twist, spiraled, for garnish
