0.75 oz Lime Juice
12 oz Mexican Lager

Method

  • Pour the lime and pineapple shrub into a chilled pint glass and top with the Mexican lager.
  • Stir to combine.

Ingredients

1 Cup Pineapple Juice
1 Cup Tamarind Nectar
1 Cup Cane Sugar
0.5 oz Habanero Tabasco
1 oz Tiger Sauce
0.5 Cup Rice Vinegar
3 Allspice Berry
3 Cloves
0.5 teaspoon Kosher Salt

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
  • Let cool and then strain through a fine mesh strainer. Refrigerate.
  • The shrub will keep for one month refrigerated.
