It still has the heart of traditional Cosmo, but its intriguing, spicy-sweet flavor is anything but predictable.

Coconut Sugar Syrup
1 Cup coconut sugar
.5 Cup Water
- Simmer coconut sugar and water over medium heat in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, stirring occasionally, until fully dissolved.
- Cool and transfer to an airtight container or Mason jar, and store in the fridge for up to two months.
