Popular amongst tailgaters and revelers at the University of Alabama, some say it’s the signature cocktail of the Alabama Crimson Tide football team. 1 oz Southern Comfort
1 oz Sloe Gin
1 oz Amaretto
2 oz Orange Juice
Cherry, for garnish

Method

  • Add all ingredients except the garnishes to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cold.
  • Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a cherry and orange wheel.
