We found a way to make sparkling rosé even better. Mixed with sweet and zesty Giffard Crème de Pamplemousse (grapefruit liqueur) and transformed into a Jello Shot, rosé becomes a quivering nibble of pure, floral joy. Gorgeous to behold, especially when cut into pretty shapes, these blushing Jello Shots would be the hit at a shower or, heck, serve them at your wedding.
Sparkling Rosé Jello Shot
Crème de Pamplemousse
2 cups Rosé Champagne
.5 Cup Crème de Pamplemousse
2 .25-oz packets gelatin
- Pour one cup of the sparkling rosé into a pot. Sprinkle the gelatin onto the wine and wait 1 minute, then heat and stir to dissolve. Do not boil.
- Add remaining rosé and the liqueur to the pot and stir.
- Divide into molds or pour into a shallow pan. Place into the fridge to set, about 4 hours.
- Serve the shots or use cookie cutters to cut shapes out of the gelatin.
