Tequila is agave’s gift to the world. The multi-faceted spirit can be enjoyed in a wide variety of ways, from a Margarita to a neat pour to a raucous shot. And while today (July 24) might not be recognized by the pencil pushers who verify “real” holidays, we know that it is National Tequila Day—the day we celebrate it in all its forms. (OK, fine, we celebrate it on most of the other 364 days on the calendar too.)
